These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products

We sell watersports accessories and related products under our Offshore Pro brand, alongside selected products from other brands.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in appearance, packaging or presentation may occur.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and offer an appropriate refund or alternative.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Any applicable taxes are included in the displayed price where required by law. Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

We may decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine issue with stock availability, payment verification, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

We use trusted fulfilment and delivery partners to process and dispatch orders.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive them, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We offer a voluntary 30-day returns period, subject to the conditions explained in our Refund Policy.

For most online purchases, UK consumers also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

If you exercise your statutory cancellation right, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage unless we agree otherwise. Refunds, including any delivery charges that must be refunded by law, will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Certain products, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, may be exempt from the statutory cancellation right where the legal conditions apply.

Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Unless otherwise stated, the Offshore Pro name, branding, website text, original images and other content belonging to Offshore Pro Ltd are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and images remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use our website for personal shopping and information purposes, but you must not reproduce or commercially exploit our content without permission.

We aim to keep our website accurate, secure and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update products, pricing, website content and these terms from time to time.

Changes to these terms will not retrospectively alter the terms applicable to orders already accepted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
